IMPORTANT NOTICE: HR ACCESS SYSTEM CLOSING
Optavise will no longer provide services as of June 30, 2026. As Optavise winds down these services, please review the key dates below and take all necessary actions before each deadline:
JUNE 10
Last day Optavise will receive inbound demographic data and census files.
JUNE 12
Last day to make data changes to employee records in the Optavise benefits administration system. Data will be frozen for final reporting after this date.
WEEK OF JUNE 15
Optavise will issue final carrier EDI and payroll files reflecting the last data in the benefits administration system. This is the final week to extract reports. Schedule reports will not run after this period.
JUNE 19 – ACCESS ENDS
HR Admin access to the system ends. Please extract all data and reports prior to this date, including 1095 calculation data through May 2026 for those with ACA services in contract. No further actions will be possible after this date.
